SELECTION OF SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES TO UNDERGO A TWELVE (12) MONTHS TRAINING AS RECRUIT PRISON WARDERS GRADE N
Malawi Prisons Service is pleased to announce the release of the names of the successful candidates selected to undergo a Twelve (12) months training for Recruit Prison Warder ( Grade N) at Malawi Prison Staff Training School in Mapanga-Blantyre.
This follows the physical and oral interviews that were conducted from the 17th to the 27th of February, 2024 in all the four regions.
The list of the successful candidates has been dispatched to all the Prison formations across the country. In Salima, Mchinji, Chiradzulu and Phalombe disitricts where there are no prison formations, the list has been dispatched to the District Comissioners’ offices.
The selected candidates are expected to report for training on Thursday, the 20th of June, 2024. Failure to report in two weeks from the stated date means they are not interested in the training and their places will be annulled.
Successful candidates are supposed to bring the following:
1. Original certificates
2. Valid National ID
3. Civilian clothes
4. Neck-tie
5. Pressing Iron.
